Voice Health Twin offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and choose the refund option, or reply to your Paddle receipt.
  3. You can also contact us through in-app support and we'll help you initiate the refund.

After the refund window

After the 30-day window, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellations stop future billing but do not retroactively refund prior periods unless required by law.
